Kylie Loyd is the founder of Drift Destinations, blending her background in hospitality, events, wellness, and global travel into curated journeys for her clients. She earned a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University and began her career planning corporate and social events in Washington, D.C., Detroit and New York City, where she worked in luxury hotels and later as a Lifestyle Director at an exclusive residential property.
Her personal travels sparked the creation of Drift Destinations. After meeting her husband abroad and living in Italy and South Korea, Kylie immersed herself in fitness and wellness while documenting her journeys through her blog Catch the Drift. This passion for sharing travel experiences grew into her full-time career as a travel advisor.
Now based on the East Coast, Kylie designs personalized itineraries for clients around the world. She brings a creative touch to luxury travel, loves crafting wellness-focused journeys, and never misses a chance to return to her event roots.

Atisha Patel brings a unique blend of engineering precision and philosophical curiosity to Drift Destinations. A biomedical engineering graduate from Drexel University, she began her career in pharmaceuticals before moving into the startup world, where she co-founded a health tech company and later launched her own consultancy. Through these experiences, she discovered her true passion – developing and designing transformative experiences.
Travel has been the lens that broadened her worldview. Exploring new places sparked a deep curiosity about different cultures, philosophies, and ancient healing practices, shaping the way she approaches both life and work. She believes that travel is one of the most powerful ways to shift perspective and connect more deeply with the world.
Today, Atisha combines her engineering mindset with her love for exploration. She builds partnerships with hotels, airlines, and local guides while crafting journeys that feel authentic, creative, and meaningful. For her, travel isn’t just about where you go – it’s about who you become along the way.

Victoria brings an incredible passion for travel and a heart for helping others experience it in meaningful ways. She has explored 59 countries across all seven continents, both solo and with family, and loves crafting thoughtful, personalized itineraries that bring each journey to life.
By day, Victoria works in marketing and fundraising at the Kinney Center for Autism at Saint Joseph’s University. Her professional background, paired with her personal travel experiences, fuels her commitment to helping families — especially those with a loved one on the autism spectrum — discover travel that is both magical and accessible.
With a natural eye for detail, a love for Europe and South America, and a deep appreciation for inclusive travel, Victoria brings heart and perspective to Drift Destinations. Clients instantly feel her warmth and dedication, and she takes pride in creating journeys that are as meaningful as they are memorable.
